Frequently Asked Questions

The following are questions we are frequently asked.  If you have further questions, please call.


1. What types of items do you carry?

We stock bedroom groups (beds, dressers, mirrors, chests, night stands, media chests, lingere chests), dining groups (tables, chairs, barstools, pub tables, baker's racks, cabinets), living room groups (sofas, loveseats, sectionals, loungers, recliners, coffee tables, end tables, sofa tables, lamps, chairs), mattress sets (king, queen, full, twin sizes), children's furniture (bunkbeds, children's twiin beds, full beds, dressers, mirrors, chests, night stands, storage beds, trundle beds), media furniture and accent furniture (tables, shelves, consoles). 

2. Do you sell appliances and electronics?

No. At this time we only carry home furnishings. 


3.  Do you offer delivery?

Yes.  We offer delivery throughout the area. Some purchases qualify for free delivery.  Your delivery fee is based on the amount of your purchase and the distance of your delivery location.  


4.  Do you allow customers to pick up their own items?

Yes.  Our warehouse staff will wrap and load your items for you as long as you are hauling in a legal manner. You are encouraged to bring straps as we are not responsible for items that fall out of your vehicle.  There is no charge for loading items.  

5.  Will you deliver to distant locations?  

Whether or not we will deliver to your area depends on your purchase amount. 

6.  How are delivery appointments scheduled?

We provide customers with an estimated hour time frame for deliveries.  Most often, deliveries arrive within that hour.  However, delivery times are estimates only.  We can also have the delivery driver give you a courtesy call when he is en route to your location.  


7.  Do you offer layaway?

Yes.  The standard layaway is 30 days.  Occassionally, we may offer promotional extended layaway terms; however, 30 days if the default.  We require a minimum down payment (typically $100) and then the item must be paid in full within 30 days unless other arragements are made.  There is no required payment schedule and you may pick up your items or schedule your delivery upon paying your items in full.  Layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable should you not pay your item in full within the allotted time.  


8.  Do you offer financing?

Yes.  We offer in-house financing (lease purchase) and financing through outside lenders.  All types of financing require credit checks.  If you finance through our outside lenders, we complete and submit your application for  you and you get your furniture at the cash price with all discounts or special offers.  In-house financing does not qualify for the cash price.  Excellent credit is not required.  On average, about  95% of applications we submit are approved.  No interest periods are also available.  

9.  Can items be purchased or paid for over the phone?

Yes.  You may call and we can process your credit or debit card. 

10.  What is your return policy?

All sales are final.  On a case by case basis, we may allow items to be exchanged. We do not give refunds unless there is an error on our part, also reviewed on a case by case basis.  Special  orders and layaways are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  In the event an item in damaged, we will repair or exchange.

11.  What is your warranty?

We offer a one year in-store warranty on everything we sell exclusing items that are discounted to be sold "as-is".  We will repair or replace items that do not withstand normal wear within the one year.  Customer abuse is not covered by warranty.

Certain manufacturers may offer other warranty periods.  Manufacturer warranty provides parts only.  We may (on a case by case basis) install parts received through warranty.  Manufacturer warranty does not allow for us to pick up and deliver items to you and delivery charges may apply.  Mattress warranties vary by manufacturer to include swap or pro-rated warranties.  In the event of a swap, the mattress is returned to us and the manufacturer will pick it up and bring a replacement.  Mattresses that have stains typically cannot be serviced as most mattress manufacturers require the mattress to be free of stains in order for the warranty to remain valid.  Pro-rated warranties provide a percentage of the original cost of the mattress to be applied to the purchase of a replacement.  


12. What brands do you carry?

We get weekly loads of close-out, discontinued items.  The brand of these items will vary.  

Currently (2013) we carry Ashley Furniture (Signature Design), International Furniture Direct, Home Elegance, Pacific Imports, Corsicana bedding, Restonic bedding, Ashley Sleep, McClellan.  This list does not include the brands we get on close-out.

14. Do you sell used furniture?

Occassionally, we may repossess items on lease-purchase accounts.  We then label that furniture as used and price it accordingly.  These items are kept in a certain area of the store.  Most items are new.  

15. Do you move furniture?

No, we only deliver items we sell. 

16.  Do you carry outdoor furniture?

On occassion, we have gotten shipments of outdoor rocking chairs so you may see an outdoor item in our store every once in a while.  However, we do not typically stock outdoor furniture.  

17.  What are your hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 9 AM- 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 8 PM, Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM. 

18.  How do I get to your location?

From I-40, take exit 80-A.  

We are located just off the Highway 45 Bypass, across from the West Tennessee Business College and Magic Wheels Skating Rink, just south of the Hollywood Drive ramp.  We are approximately 2 miles south of Interstate 40.
